Please note we’re not taking bric-a-brac, hamper or soft drink can donations this year and there will not be a raffle.
The fete is an epic amount of work to put together, especially given the many other time commitments of the parent volunteers who make it all happen. So, to lighten the load a little we’ve made a call not to run a bric-a-brac stall, hampers or raffle in 2020.
No soft drink can donations will allow us to offer drinks we’re confident we can sell and at a volume that better matches the weather on the day. This together with the no bric-a-brac will also help us Waste less @ Wales Street as in previous years much of the leftover bric-a-brac wasn’t charity shoppable and ended up in hard waste.
